Innovative energy and water saving retrofit showhome
The home is open to the public for tours before it is rented out at the end of February 2024
In an effort to pioneer sustainable living solutions, several partners have collaborated on an extensive retrofit of 7 Juniper Road, Leigh-on-Sea. The project aims to improve the city's understanding of the most effective methods to reduce residents' bills, carbon emissions, water consumption and risks of damp and mold.
